Soy Lecithin is a phospholipid complex obtained from soybeans. It is very rich Vitamin E, vitamin C and B vitamins. Brewer's yeast is a ferment that comes from the breakdown of barley gluten, it is constituted by fungus Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
