Evening Primrose Oil is extracted by cold pressing of evening primrose's seeds (Oenothera biennis L.), plant native to North America, although it is cultivated in Europe since the seventeenth century. It is rich in essential fatty acids, specially linoleic and oleic gamma-linilico. Borage oil is extracted by cold pressing of Borage (Borago officinalis L.) seeds, known for its richness in essential fatty acids: 30-40% of linoleic acid, between 18-25% of Gamma linolenic acid and 18% of oleic acid.
