Soy Lecithin is a phospholipid complex obtained from soybeans. It is very rich in phospholipids (phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidic acid). These components allow mixing, emulsify body fats with water, which favors their expulsion. They are also essential for the structure of nerve tissues and for the proper functioning of the glands. Lecithin contains lots of Vitamin E, one of the most powerful antioxidants, able to counteract the negative effects of free radicals. Directions: Take 1 tablespoon at breakfast and / or lunch. It may be added to yogurt, milk or juice. ACTION FIELD: Soy lecithin has hypolipidemic properties and hepatoprotective, appropriate to prevent cholesterol; decreases the amount of plasma cholesterol and increases HDL cholesterol. It is recommended as an adjuvant in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia, mild and moderate hypertriglyceridemia, and cardiovascular disease.
